The uptake of online medical consultations among Malaysians is still in its early stages, and little is known about the critical elements influencing the perceived utility and intention to use online medical consultations. The primary objective of this research is to identify the key factors impacting people’s propensity to use online medical consultations. The researcher adopted the Extended Technology Acceptance Model to develop a research framework that examines the factors influencing consumers’ intention to use online medical consultations. A research questionnaire was developed and distributed to eligible respondents to collect primary data for analysis. The sample size for this study is 300 respondents. This research outcome revealed that the output quality and result demonstrability have a significant positive impact on the perceived usefulness of online medical consultations. The subjective norms and the perceived usefulness have a significant positive relationship with the intention to use online medical consultations.
